How do I rep up people?

I must admit, that certain parts of this site I would say are poorly designed because simple things are so complicated to use, like, how the hell do I give some one rep?

was wondering the same thing, i kinda figured it was the scale thing, but im on here on my phone and have to do everything by scrolling, no mouse, and it wont even let me go onto the scale icon thing it just skips right past it, everything else on the site i can click on except that, any ideas? Also is there a way to view like users rep status or even my own, and iv seen users talk about -rep how is that done. Sorry if i sound like a retard on meth...

no probs mate, for some strange reason i can click on it now, think its got something to do with my phones web browser, when it reformats web pages for mobile viewing sometimes things get left out. Thanx anyway.

You got an IPhone with Opera? I went bach to using my Blackjack so I had explorer. But I have yet to actually surf the web. (Other than the first day or two after I got it)

got a nokia n70 yea with opera browser, but as of just now ive connected up the phone to my pc using my phone as a modem, but yea was browsing for years on my phone before, even on my older phone with shitty browsers
