How do I neatly handle shake

I had 2 pretty good sized grows last year. What I'm never prepared for is the harvest. Its like a big cluster fuck. I salvaged most of the good stuff, but I didn't have a methodical method of processing and disposing of other plant material.

I cut off arms of the plant and hung them for a few days to dry.

I removed all the fan leaves into a box.

I trimmed the buds over a table covered in paper.

I emptied the paper periodically into another box. This box included broken up popcorn buds and water leaves and other bud related material.

I left the box to dry.

I transferred all the trimmed buds to jars.

I threw away stems and fan leaves.

It was one dirty, disorganized mess.

Can someone help me re-engineer this process. I'm starting with a new indoor grow and I'm expecting 3-4 pounds of dried buds. I cannot afford to have another cluster fuck processing all the material.

you put a vibrator in your a-hole and it vibrates your body when you move which reduces tension in your hands and feet!

I don't see what the problem is? trim as before but put all your shake in one box, dry it out and make hash at a later date?

fill a 1 quart mason jar 3/4 the way to the top....and cover it in 151 booze....open lid once aday, shake it,let it sit around for 2 months, strain the mix, fill 1 oz bottles and use dropper to suck juice up,than squirt that load under your tongue.

Hash is the answer. You can use the resin from the fans to bind all the scaggly buds (anything under .5g) and all the cristally eye leaves. I have a US mail bag and when it's full I boil twice with hydrate and twice with water. I boil this all down together to about a gallon then I can store it away in an anti freeze gallon jug (it's looks like antifreeze so). I prepare and screen all the grind without any stock. When I feel like making hash I'll finish boiling down some resin and press in the appropriate amount of grind. This will produce a commercial grade of brown hash that won't goo to your fingers and everything else. Pressed into 3/8" slabs it takes about a week sitting out to cure. Don't get dumb and burn the resin. Use a coffee pot warmer temp and a hair dryer to finish it.

You cant cut down the process, maybe fine tune it but trimming is the worst part of the process

Try trimming 1200 plants. Ugh
I trimmed two batches of 10 and I was like ugh! After doing a couple "branches" of the first one I start feeling depressed at all the work--I don't skive hard work, I just think of things in broader terms; I wasn't born able to do the meticulous very well, yet I could easily manage a crew of people who could. The second grow was so tedius that we just dried everything untrimmed and stored in jars. It wasn't pretty, but the result was the same. I even found that I could clean up these untrimmed nugs later on if I wanted to sell them. Nobody ever said anything to me.
