How do I make a clone?

is anyone familiar with cloning outdoors? is it even possible? i don't have a t5 florescent light right now and probably wont either. i made my cuttings and put them in some happy frog. Can the clones handle the full sun? it's about 75 - 80 degrees; 13 - 14 hours of light here in SoCal.
