how do i know when to harvest

I have 3 plants,some hairs turning orange.I bought a 60x pocket microscope to see trichomes but it sucks and cant see thru it worth crap.Do i wait till the white hairs on all buds have orange hair?Or do I pick bud by bud.Any pics of bud right before picked would be helpful,thanks

should I buy the magnifying glass type ,insttead of the look truh type of microscope
