How do I incorporate molasses into feeding

Hello all! I’m on my 2nd grow, first that successfully got to flowering. Currently on week 3 (day 21) and I’ve done some reading about the benefits of molasses for the soil microbiology and just went and got some.

Today is feed day and just wanted to make sure I’m using it correctly beforehand. I was going to give a dose of General Organics BioThrive Bloom (2-4-4) as well as some Emerald Harvest CalMag (2-0-0).
Can they all be added?
Should I just add some molasses into the nutrient water or make it separate?
How much molasses per gallon?
And what about foliar feeding with the molasses?

This is where they’re at currently..

Don’t mean to be aggravating with all the questions just want to learn all I can on my first go. Thanks for your time and insight!

Don’t bother yet. Save it until you’re at the end and giving straight water. The microbes you’re wanting to feed actually live on the nutrients you’re feeding. Once those are not being given the fungus can use some food. A tablespoon per gallon. Once a week.

Will keep that in mind. I think I might need to up calmag.. I’m getting some brown spotting.

Sugars are only added to feed the microbes in the rootzone. That is the only reason. You can also feed bad microbes. Only add it when you are adding beneficial bacteria with it.
