how do i get bigger rosin yeilds

I have the Nugsmasher Xp ive tried anything from 3.5 grams - 14 grams pressing at anywhere from 800-1500 psi and at 170-190 degress and holding it at 1-5 minutes depending on temp and I cant get over 10% yield and it is high quality flower? I am using 90 micron 7 gram bags too someones please help

Don't most use 45 micron ?
If not then I would say your product is of 12 percent thc .
are u creating PUCKs ?

Research bottle tech.Also, starting material's quality and moisture have. ALOT to do with final yeild. Time and temps sound righteous.I don't go beyond 2000 metric tons myself,1500 is my sweetspot. Like PA-Nature asked...are you creating pucks? What tech are you using?

Have you tried washing the ground up puck with some ethanol to see whats actually left? Do a little wash, purge and quantify the remaining oils.

I am using 90 micron I know most are using 90 and 120 for flower rosin and lower for hash and kief, and Yes I am doing bottle tech style

Try,letting the plates rest on the bottle tech column for 1 minute before applying any pressure.It helps get the juices flowing so-to-speak,a warm up if you will.
Do you know the moisture content of the buds?
I squish at 60-62% RH(buds in jar hydrometer reading)
Are you grinding the bugs up and bagging them,or pulling them apart into smaller nugs?
Frosty nugs +moisture in=Rosin flow out.
I'd start with hydrating the same material first,a couple of drops of h20(distilled or ro) and you can cross out 1 simple variable.
I use 120 micron for flower.

So what I do as soon as I see oil coming out I let it sit for a minute then I crank the pressure up slowly to my desired psi then I wait 1-5 mins depending on temps and how much is coming out, I got 120 micron bags coming into tommorw I gunna try those if Not Im gunna have to try different flower I guess

Try,the column warm I suggested(Let the plates come up to temp for a min while they hold the bag'd column in place before applying ANY pressure).Also,if you know the rh% of your bud or an approx that would help.
We can try the step/s I suggested earlier with the same material,before switching.
The only other thing I would suggest is increasing your temps +5-10 degrees and shortening the MAX pressure press time.
Different starting material will most certainly have different results.You need data points IMO.Since you have experience with this material,I say eliminate as many SIMPLE variables as possible before moving on.
I emplore you to try this with the same material first.

Press for longer if you’re pressing at low temps. Even like 7-8 minutes. Also some bud doesn’t give you much juice, while some are squirters
