How do I flush my soil if my container has no holes?

My fan leaves won't keep my grow room cool. Is there a nutrient I'm missing that makes them move?

yes it is more potent because topsy turvy is a cool name. i grow mine in 22 inch rims (spinners) because it makes my plants bling. and we all know that a blingin plant puts off 80lbs +

i bought a cheap ass fish pump and put garden hose on it and fill the pot with water to almost top and the put fish pump at the bottom and away she goes!!
