How do I convert to Air-Cooled?

My Tent has been running at 85f-90f and I'd like to convert
my non air-cooled sunlight 250w light to air cooled.
How do I do this? I can order a 4" duct adapter. So that
would be the first step, but how do I get glass and a gasket?
Thanx!

If your talking about one of those ballast/hoods in one (a lot of the 250s are) you can't do much. If you have a remote ballast, then it's just a matter of buying a new sealed hood with duct flanges and swapping it out.

I converted it to remote ballast.
Yes, I know I can buy another hood, but I can't afford that right now.
So that's why I'd like to adapt air cooling to the hood I currently have.

Dude, for the time and money of cutting a hole and making a sealed adapter fit on the hood, then sealing it with glass you will be better off ordering a new 400 with an air cooled hood. Just my opinion sometimes DIY stuff just ruins what you got and costs you money anyway, not all just some. Good luck however you go
