How do I calculate dosage for CBD?

I have a CBD plant ready for harvest,and I plan on making mostly edibles with it.I read that 20mg of CBD is good for treating inflammation.My CBD plant is a 1:1 ratio of THC/CBD,at 5% for both.Once I make the edibles,how do I know how much to take to get 20mg's of CBD?Any help would be appreciated!

You can find a cannabis edible calculator on whaxy or other sites. There you put in how many grams of herb you have, how many edibles you plan to make, and how much thc % (you have 1:1 so that's all you need to calculate). Then it tells you how many mg each edible will be.Play around with it until you figure out the best ratio for your system. I think that is what you are asking for...? What are you making / how are you make it?

Thanks for the help!I plan on using my magic butter machine to make butter with coconut oil, then putting it in capsules.

Good idea
I used to take x2-4 25mg CBD / day (bought)
Now I vape about x1 gram (~40mg CBD) / day
My hemp product contains 4% CBD and negligible THC (0.15%)
I might get back into the capsules some day. It is Inspiring that it would be simple to make my own

For General health you take 2.5-15mg CBD by mouth daily or to treat chronic pain you can take 2.5-20 mg CBD.
