How Do I Ask Someone For Weed

So I’m kinda a newbie to all this. My older sibling was my “plug” for most of last year. She’s off at college now. I asked my friend if she could hook me up with her plug. She gave me his insta and snap. Idk how to bring it up with him. I’ve never spoken to or met this dude before. What’s a not awkward way to ask him for weed? How to I say that?? Should I just straight out ask him or ease into it??

You asked for advice on how not to be awkward. I replied "don't say plug".

A normal person would ask their "friend" to vouch and make the introduction to the Weed man for them. Eliminating any awkwardness on your part. And paranoia on theirs.

You could also take the 21st century approach and hit them up on Instagram and be like "hey I heard you got the fire, hook me up and I'll suck your dick to prove I'm not a cop".

Literally, just message them and refer to the person that referred you so they know you're legit.

Ask how they like to communicate, and be discreet but professional.

This is all excellent advice, as per usual. I would buy a fake badge and gun, and catch him outside and say, 'POLICE! ON THE GROUND, MOTHERFUCKER!!!' Then reveal that you were just kidding, and ask him for some weed. He'll be SO relived. You'll both laugh, maybe go for a beer, and become great friends. That's how it plays out in my head, anyway.
