Ok, since nobody ain't tellin me how, TELL ME HOW! I got "Schultz Liquid Plant Food, 10-15-10. It doesn't say it's concentrated and there isn't a little dropper thing with it, my plants 5 weeks old, forming its 4th node.

Heres what the instructions are, and I don't get them.

Total Nitrogen (N)................................10%
Availabe Phosphate (P2O5)...................15%
Soluble Potash (K2O)...........................10%
Iron (Fe)(chelated)(actual)...................0.10%
Manganese (Mn)(chelated)(actualy).......0.05%
Zinc (Zn)(chelated)(actual)...................0.05%
EDTA (chelating agent).......................1.3%

For use in watering cans:
Outdoor Plants: 20 mL (1/2 capful) per 8 L of water every time you water. For feeding once or twice a month, use up to 40 mL (1 capful) per 8 L of water.
Houseplants: 2.5 mL per 4 L of water everytime you water. For feeding one or twice a month, use up to 5 mL per 4 L of water.

No what? Do I keep a resevoir nearby with all this shit mixed up, and do I water with this mix everytime, or once or twice a month, and use regular water in between? Be specific. Thanks.

heya,

havent you got a 8-10ltr water can? Another thing I used is to wash out thoroughly a 3ltr Milk container and you can stock a few litres at a time and get it when ready after a quick shake.

The nutes i use are Nitrosol and are a 20ml to 8ltr mix rate.

Good luck

heya,

yeah also i have a ex Beer brew kit and as much as I would like to sacrifice it for nutes i have just used it for clean water next to the plants. But if you can find an older one with a tap on it, you can mix 20 litres of it up....

I use my old milk jugs. Wash them out VERY well. I put a V or F so I know if it's for my flowering or vegging mixes.

Put you fert in a gallon jug. Add water and let sit at LEAST 24 hours uncapped. This allows chemicals to dissapate.

Now before adding to your plants ph test. If you don't have this already. Go out now and get a ph kit. Waiting.....OKay after getting your kit proceed to the next step.

Now test the water/fert combo. Compare with the chart on the back of the pack. I assume since you didn't mention otherwise you are growing in soil. Marijuana thrives in neutral to slightly acidic mediums. Soil and soilless mixes should aim for pH of 6. Hydro growers should go slightly lower which helps prevent pythium and other root rots-- 5.5 to 5.7 is ideal.

A mosisture wand will help you know when you need to water. Over watering is a newbies biggest problem (usually). Don't use ferts everytime you water. I use ferts and then plain ph'ed water. Alternate back and forth. That way you are avoiding a salt build up. Start off at 1/4 strength of the recommended dosage.

The stuff you got isnt really all that good for this type of grow but if you must..read the directions to see how much per how much water. Its a must to have a ph meter and if hydro a ppm meter
