Then I’d say early October. You can probably go even longer if you want, but that of course will depend on your weather.

You could go another couple weeks.
You see how much those past few weeks have swollen the buds? Well there are still parts that havent swelled up yet, you want to let the plant go as long into Oct. as you can (weather and rot permitting) until all the white hairs have turned orange and receded. So looking at your pic you still have quite a bit of white hairs, so Id wait another 2 weeks if possible.
There are rare cases where strains will throw out new white hairs continually so keep that in mind when using this as a harvest indicator... But this plant is not one of those cases IMO, you're just early.. These last few weeks are tough... especially when exposed to the elements and thieves but dont throw away all that hard work now, it will be worth the wait.
