How close can you put the lights.....

As you can see in my pictures I had a sweet thing going under those t5's
I bought one of those hydro huts with a 600w hps...
after about 1 week all plants turned yellow in middle..
added cal-mad and moved light away... also sprayed at dark with thrive alive
after about a month no new groth. leaves died left and right...
finally after month and half took butcher knife and went office space...
nuggets were the size of a marble and never got bigger...

so how close can you put a 600w light?
air cooled, glass shield.. etc.....
are ther tricks from transfering from a t5 to a hps...

I dunno any help would be great....

i believe hydro hut is replacing some of their equipment because some of their stuff was faulty and was killing people's plants... everyone i have seen post problems with a hydro hut have had the same problem as you with he yellowing, so i think its your equipment not anything you are doing.

My new plants are slightly getting yellow too.. but not too bad switched to a 250w hps.
then again only been there for 1 week.

keep that 600 hps a minimum of 12 in...18 is safer

I found out the problem that they won't admit.....
there's a cheap chemical on the skin that produces chlorine gas that turns plants yellow and eventually kills them....
you have to send in the old skin and the'll replace it... your right wordssamdream?
that's bull shit in my book...
so they'll replace it for free..... also here the number they gave me on accident that you nor I am problably sepose to have.....310-559-4754... take that a$$holes....
