If it's with a woman you've been with and are serious about, you shouldn't have to wonder. You would know for sure, body language isn't too hard to read when you practice it enough.

If it's with the one time skank at the bar (and remembering how many other times she's done this with guys much more confident) and you're having to wonder, the answer is pretty obvious there too (probably faked unless she calls back).
