how can you tell a hermi from a male plant?

these two plants originally looked like they would be nice strong females but once i put them into the flower cycle they started to develop seed sacs and such. Can a hermi pollenate other normal females? Here are pics of the two in question.

You have yourself some hermies, yes they can and will pollinate all of your females....

At closer look, I think you're right. I really don't see any hairs.
