ok so my lower leaves were starting to turn yellow and really drie so i added some nutes how can i tell if its working what should the yellow leaves do??? any help would be awesom can get pics if needed.

You don't need pics,
Your plant needed nutrients so it took them from the lower leaf. Yellow leafs have just giving up the nutrients to the rest of the plant. They are done now. Go ahead and cut them off.
You will notice new growth a light green in color and most all of the leaf tips will be pointing up when you plant is healthy. don't over do the nutes. use half what recommended. If you want move up slowly over a couple weeks time but half is all I ever use.

ok awesome ill clip them today, how often should i use the nutes every time i water?? i wasnt planning on doing that but should i

You shouldnt clip them, the plant will use the nitrogen (and other nutrients) from the dying leaf...but if its too late then you'll be ok (minor shock to the plant possibly)
Well, I cant recommend when or how to feed your plant without knowing what your growing in.
One thing I can tell you is this. About 95% of new growers over water there plants. What ever your growing in remember this. Its air and water that does the trick you need both. Roots absorb nutrients best from humidity. If you keep your roots humid and if you can control the temperature you want your root zone between 65d and 70d this will shorten the space between the branches of your plant and make more buds.

ya i know that and i only water when its custy on top and thats like every other day but should i be putting some nutes in every time as i know my soil has no nutes at all and my plant is loving the nutes so far its really starting to get bushy.
