How can I raise CBD/CBN levels of my bud

the strain im growing is big bang and is indica mostly and I really want to bring out the cbd/cbn levels for a good night time med how can I do this.....Thanks for the help

let the trichs get 90% amber (harvest late)

Harvest later.. Also like THC is strain specific. Some have naturally higher levels of the various canabanoids than others do..

right, what they said: there are some strains that naturally have more cbd/cbn, start with one of those like strawberry haze or blueberry and treat them right, but take them down after the trichs are 90% amber (or two weeks later than what the breeder says) and you should be couch locked in heaven... also pulling them late tends to make them a little more sleepy-time than earlier harvests... if you have the time and space, i'd say put 10 beans in the ground (ALL SAME KIND or clones if you prefer) and pull them within a couple days of each other... that way you can customize your harvest to meet your needs... hope it helps...
