How can i hurry things along a bit with a mainly sativa strain? :-)

ok, so i've got 11 germinated seeds in the soil, underneath 400w mh, and i'm waiting for first growth. This is my first ever grow, and it's with a 75% sativa strain. it says that the flowering period is 10-12 weeks. my question is, what can i do to cut down the veg and flower cycles to get to harvest faster? i know that cutting time off of the total process results in smaller yields, but i'm cool with that. i'm just anxious to sample some of my own product, for the first time ever. i'm seriously pumped for this! anyway, would anyone be willing to dole out some wisdom on shortening the start-to-finish process?


also - odor control? since i only plan on growing three plants, i was thinking two or three fans set up to suck air through packed cylinders of activated carbon would work... any thoughts? this would be involved in the general closet air exchange, as well.

patience brother. These things r never rushed. Just let them do there thing and watch them after a few different grows(if u use the same or similar strains) you will know what they need and don't need. U r there God so act like it. Givem fresh air light good soil and pay attention to what theyre tell u and all will be well! Ur first grow and every grow should b a learning experience for u to learn ur ladys and learn urself.

Well to be honest about it. Ditch the soil grows, go aero,use co2 tanks or generators and good nutes. Also use clones to start your grows as that save tons of time. I grow mostly aero some soil and some flood and drain. the aero I root my clones about 3-5 days for roots then veg 10 days and then 12/12 for 5 weeks then harvest.I also use either 20 lb co2 tanks on timed solenoids or co2 generators on timers. Keep co2 at about 1500 ppm in the air and temps close to 80.I figure start to finish in my aero 7 weeks from day i take clone til harvest hanging up cut and drying

Just let them grow fully , u might end up wating 13 weeks dont go soley on
wht the seed compny says.

fuck the carbon fillters use air freshener unless your venting in an apt or your nieghbours noses

can't think of many things worse than impatience when growing.

and for gods sake when its done dont water cure the bud or dry it in an oven or microwave.. Thats a growers card revocation foul

Curing will take a few weeks at least. And is not somting to be scrimped on.
