how can i eliminate the grow smell

I added a few filter bags to my second inline fan and carbon filter in my downstairs bathroom. My wife goes nuts when she smells it. I can smoke a joint and she smells nothing.
My tent exhausts into the area where the second filter is so there is no smell.
Can you elaborate/share some photos? Not sure what filter bags are or how exactly you incorporated them into your inline fan & carbon filter. Thanks!

Just jumping in after ready this thread.. does anyone have any advice with the ducting creating condensation and making it sag due to water?

I have mine running through attic and instead of exhausting outside and creating a heat signature mine blows into the water tank and cooling quick and condensation created drips in the tank..

I have issues putting up pictures.
One filter bags hold carbon pellets both are available at aquarium type pet stores. PVC is available at plumbing supply places.
I use 4 inch pvc inspection tee the bag is placed in the tee. You need to play with bags and screen to get air flow though the bag. I used two tees in my setup. I start with carbon filter into vent air pump. This is placed right above the output of the tent. I direct the output to it.
then the output of the fan uses a adapter rubber connector with 1 inch window seal to make difference as it connects to 4 inch pvc.. Straight run of pvc to elbow to short piece of pvc to tee other short piece to next tee. Then at the out put of second tee I have a helper fan.
I had put brass wool in between the two tees but it caused to much drag so removed that.

I can smoke a joint in that bathroom and there is no smell.

Hope this helps

Hard pipe insulated is the best but you can get insulated flexible duct. Even once you insulate you should have it properly pitched in the direction you want any condensation drip.
