How Big are your plants at the moment??

It’s a basic layout 65” all four sides
12x 4”x4”x2” holes chicken wire in bottom build your boxes throw some fence post on the corners with some netting and a small cage for when there babies
250-300 gallon so a bit of soil per hole
3000-5000 for the first year setup
If I could change anything I would do 6” holes
Bigger roots bigger fruits

When I made my gardens I had no idea that MJ plants got this big and the gardens are too small for 6 plants. It has been an easy grow. Water, BT, DE, and just to make sure a soapy water spray occasionally just because.

The big clone went in the ground and it's not doing the best, just like the rest of the in ground garden. The property is surrounded by bogs, plus all the recent New England rain has kept the soil completely saturated.

The grow bag plants were also starting to show signs of deficiencies in the lower leaves. I usually don't test runoff unless there is a problem. Last feed was 1.6EC in and 1.2EC out. The rain really flushed a lot of ferts from the mix. Next barrel of feed will be 3.0EC to recharge the mix.

And when I grow something in soil or the ground it's always a shitshow full of issues. I find I have much more control in peat soilless and can correct issues fairly quickly. In soil when something gets fudged up......it's usually stays fudged the whole cycle. I also have assorted veggies around the sunny front deck in bags and they are doing great. Pretty sure the porous grow mix helps avert any issues from the flooding rains.

I know how that is man! Im in the rainy PNW. I mixed up the ultimate feed for all my outdoor veggie pots yesterday (trying to fix the shit soil), and now it just now freak flooded all the sudden and washed it. It was a hot mix though for the fruiting plants (with nettle tea included), so probably saving my ass if anything.. Life's good! Rain water is too!

The difference is they call this part of Oklahoma "green country" for good reason. It grows good stuff.

First time growing. From seed, started indoors and planted outside mid April in PNW. Weather has been perfect. I have Wedding Cake, Snow White, Durban Poison, are at 7’ today, and the 2 smaller ones 4’-5’ are Nicole clones.anyone know how much these will stretch? Mine is still moving right along. Day 19 of flowering. Seems like the buds are big for 19 days of flowering, but I’ve never grown an outdoor plant before.

@Tracker, those are insane dude!!! I sure hope my two outside dont stretch like that! Every time I think im seeing flowers start to appear they are not. Heres mine this morning. I misread when I bought these pots that they were 17 gallons when in fact they are 17” dia at the top. So im thinking they are prolly more like 12-14 gal. Idk Happy Growing everyone!

Looking good!

When they're straight in the ground and the roots can stretch out as much as they want, they tend to get big.
