How are my plants looking?

I’m 5 weeks into flower and am wondering your opinions on how my plants are doing? I keep the tent around 75-85 degrees between night and day and humidity between 40-60. When I water I use cal mag and make sure my PH is about 6.5. I also sprinkle Guano on top with a NPK ratio of 0-12-0. Any and all opinions welcome. I’m still somewhat of a newbie to growing.

NEED FOOD - BLOOM FEED
Plants are cannibalizing themselves.
That guano NPK isnt doing squat. Plant on fumes.
Your pee has more nutes. Even if you adjust bloom feed - leaves are losing chlorophyll / pigmentation.

This is all grower error.

That “ guano “ has zero nitrogen ? Crazy.
Go get a dry fertilizer 5-5-5 or even jacks classic 20-20-20 and add to each pot.

guano is for flowering and root development, you need a balanced feed and fast, get some nitrogen in there fast. look into teas to feed your plants in the organic section. loads of info on them there.
top dressing is something else you need to look into too

How about some worm castings?

Worm castings are low in Nitrogen for your needs unless you made a more concentrated tea with it but bat guano would be better, you need a balanced bloom feed and nitrogen though needed less in flowering is still needed. You need more then just phosphorus in flowering, and omitting potassium, calcium, magnesium and other needed trace minerals is causing you plant to prematurely cannibalize her leaves but that won't be enough during her most important time to bulk her buds up.

Especially since he's in week 5 of flower but honestly he can give them synthetic nutes which will feed her right away vs take time to be fed by the microbes. Just give organic at 3/4th dosage and use 1/4th dosage of synthetic. Boost the microbes metabolism with some molasses as well.
He can just make a tea with some organics and feed that instead of synthetics. Many synthetics can absolutely decimate microbial life in soil.
