Looking good. Good topping pic...really shows the healed over part well. I'd bring that MH light down a little bit at this point...they are well beyond the seedling stage and could use more light. That will keep them from stretching up and bush out more.

Lower it down to 12" and put a stick in a pot to strap a thermometer to it about the same height as the tops of the plant...give it about 10 minutes and check the temp(with it completely closed off as normal)...if its above 85F move it up a couple inches and repeat. You can also stick your hand at canopy level to see if its uncomfortable...if your fan is angled up towards the light it will wisp away alot of the heat as well.

Ok I got a humidity/thermometer combo with a movable sensor ill put it on the pots and check there... Now putting the light closer will stop the stretch?? I'm guessing now another question ... How long should I wait b4 topping again was looking to do a double top per plant..

You have to wait until the two tops you have now have nodes below them that will sprout another set of tops. You could LST down the two tops as well. That will make the two nodes below the two tops creep up and become 2 more tops instead of cutting off more tops.

Look Great! The only issues here are the mold magnet of a towel under them, get some real over-flow catchers and loose that. And, IMHO, I start in 4" pots...your party cups work as well. Then when I see root tips in the drain holes. I put them into their final medium. I only transplant once in my grows.

You can continue topping through veg. Just wait until you see another nice healthy grow tip too hack. As for me, I would LST them, but then I am on an LST kick. Wish I could LST my GF! LOL!

Lmao I am quite lacking in the knowledge of LST I know its light stress training.. or atleast I think but how would I do it ? The 2 new sprouts(the new tops) when they grow out tie them down too the pot? What exactly does it do? Like are my plants able to be LST'd right now? Not sure about this method.. and never found a strong website with details on the finer points of pro's and con's

And what would be a suitable over flow catcher... That's one of the main issues I've fun into its hard ...specially when they get big .. not quite sure what too use... Any advice?
