Dry cycles are a good thing if not extended. I typically water every 2 to 3 days.
Pots are dry before watered

yea, sorry for joking around, but didnt see any pics. One of my biggest mistakes and i think most peoples mistakes starting out is over watering. Really let that soil get good and dry between waterings. I usually wont water until i can see my fan leaves starting to droop slightly. The leaves will start to look and feel " flimsy" It's amazing how fast they'll perk right back up after getting some high quality h20. Over watering leads to stunted plant grows, and can cause more issues with bugs in your soil. Plus your flushing out nutrients faster than should be.

they actually look pretty good with the light off. Soil still looks pretty saturated though. I'd defiantly just let them dry out a couple days. And in my opinion thats a lot of food to be feeding your plants in my opinion. Don't get sucked into the fancy labels and names or it will bleed your wallet dry. Less is always more.
