My advice would be to give her more water, but less often. Try 5 gallons every other day. Hopefully that solves it. Like I said, it's a small problem right now, just get on top of it before it becomes a big problem.yeahh actually i did kinda notice some curling up whats that from?... iv been adding a small amount of lemon juice to a one gallon water jug. she gets 2 gallons a day unless rain comes. one in the am nd one at night shes not in a bucket just ground but is it still poss of over watering her?
why would you suggest this?one more thing. might want to back off the nuts for a little bit. flush it with strait water for a while.
i'd be pumping them full of notrogen. LOTS and LOTS of nitrogen. they are going to need it once they start flowering.yeah i stoped using vegs nuts about 2.5 weeks ago nd have just been using hose water. yesterday i got a ph regulator for the watter nd got the ph to about a 5 or 6 from an original 8.... i also added i very small amount of flowering nuts just so she can get a taste of whats about to come... u think that was a good idea?
IDK, probably stupid, but when ever I see an issue developing that's the first thing I do. Never hurts. But yeah, probably stupid, after seeing that last pic it's definitely a watering issue.why would you suggest this?
just wondering.
I agree all around.i'd be pumping them full of notrogen. LOTS and LOTS of nitrogen. they are going to need it once they start flowering.
i feed mine until they are DARK green, like a pine tree. until the tips of the leaves start to turn white. your plant can handle A LOT more food. get out there and feed it.
if your leaf tips aren't white, you aren't feeding them enough nitrogen.
let your soil dry out before you water again.
trust me on this one.
how do u pump full of notrogen???I agree all around.
how could somthing like this happen...? u said it could be pollinated. does this mean she is turning into half male half female?Nice lookin plant, I dont see any indication of any serious pest problems. You are gonna have some bugs outdoors, as long as they aren't destroying anything I don't sweat it. If somthing like say a japanese beetle starts getting carried away the garlic/lemongrass spray works well.
As for slugs and snails take a piece of bare copper wire 10-14 ga. and loosley wrap it around the base of the stock of the plant 5 or 6 times. check it regularly to make sure it's not too tight, like once a week and adjust as necessary. slugs and snails will not climb over the wire. I guess it shocks them or somthing.
As far as worrying about flowering I got a couple things to say. First off I don't want to freak you out but pistols turning brown could mean they have been pollinated. Sorry but I had to mention that possibility.
Next If your plant flowers too long and the weather is getting nasty, I plan to just build a tent over my plants. It might draw some attention, but if your legal then it ain't nobodies business.
Two things I would recommend purchasing are a soil moisture tester (mines a combo with a ph meter) and a simple soil test kit. I think I paid 15 bucks for mine and it's a huge help. No more guessing what the plant needs or dosn't need.(for N-P-K anyway).
I use guanos and/or Azos. You could also use old age grow if you like bottled nutrients. Even verde if you don't mind the salt content.how do u pump full of notrogen???
