Ive done it before,we have a sun room in our home with 3 glass walls & a glass roof that we grow ferns & other house plants in,we put a female clone in there & let her stew,the thing got massive as hell,we ended up hanging it,we then stretched the branches downwards & tied them off so they couldnt rise twords the light,the only branch that was left upright was the cola,we also hung some fake plastic vines from the basket for camo.

I say go for it,just use common sense,either camo it so it'll look like any other plant or put in a window where it cant be easily seen,you can get some spiffy buds out of window plants.
