I remember they used to advertise them in Penthouse all the time when I was about 17 and having no idea about growing, I thought it would be the cats ass. Good thing I had no money to waste.

But four plants? Is that only for flowering or does it include mothers? I'd be content with two mothers and four flowering.
Although, I suppose an alternative would be to join a genetics-collective, where everyone has one mother from which the rest can get clones.
Sigh, they could've at least left it at 6 plants, the way the Cons had it in their "mandatory minimum" bill. In a sense, this is taking a step backwards, and adding an unexpected hurdle for those that have been awaiting this legislation.
That said, one shouldn't look too far ahead, until this "legislation" actually makes it to the floor in the Spring. I imagine there will be debates over the plant limit based upon my memory of past discussions in Parliament. There were a couple MPs in particular who were pushing for higher limits (like 20!) IIRC.
