Horse and sheep poop tea?

I just got some real green, fresh horse poop, and sheep poop of indeterminate age (not really familiar with sheep poop). Can you bubble this stuff to make a tea? Does it have beneficial microorganisms like worm poop would?

Yea you could, but it's better if the poop is composted.
