Hopefully not ready to harvest

So I have this autoflower white widow in week 10 and the buds are quite small still. I looked online and watched some videos about when cannabis is ready to harvest and some mentioned that when majority of the hairs have changed color. Most of mine and brownish now so is the plant ready? Hopefully not as I am hoping for a bigger harvest.

This is it.

That first picture has a TON of white pistils all over the place...doesn't look like you're only a few weeks away.

Also, keep expectations of bud size to a dull roar...without enough light they're not going to really pack on a whole lot of mass.

Thanks guys. The plant is under 4 23w cfl bulbs, so around 100 watts. Can't really give it more now, I hope it is enough. As for feeding, I feed it a generic orchid fertilizer about once every 4 days or so. Npk is 3-6-6.

With that kind of wattage are you running your lights 24/7? Because that's your best bet.

Yes, lights are always on, have been like that from day 1
