This is another of the "Newer" seedbanks that seem to be popping up everywhere lately. They are based out of Spain. I read about them somewhere a while back and then placed 3 orders with them in the last 1.5 years. Paid by charge card.
My first 2 orders came with no issues or problems........ I got those orders in 12 & 13 days to the U.S. They were larger orders $400 and $700- they arrived in a bubble envelope that I had to sign for. No big deal- a friendly smile and a Xmas gift to the mailman goes a long way.
The last order 4 months ago: 3 packs Green House Trainwreck, 3 packs Eva Monster and 1 pack Paradise Opium. About 13 days later, a partial order was received along with an email that 2 packs of Trainwreck would be sent later, in about a week. They ran out of stock. The backorder has never arrived. I emailed them 3 different times over the last couple of months, and never received an email back. I just crossed them off my seedbank list and have already moved on to Attitude.
Today I got an email from them letting me know they received the envelope back- they addressed it wrong. It took 3 months for the US/Spain mail system to return the envelope. Way to go-there is our tax dollars hard at work.
They were very apologetic- they even told me they threw some additional seeds in for the inconvenience. I'll have them next week. By the way, I've added Hopefulgrow.com back on my seedbank list.
