Honestly, what's the best light for flowering?

Many to choose from. Reason I'm asking is that I would like to add a little more light with my CFLs for my flowering plant. I wanted to know what the best light for flowering was.

do you want to add more cfl's?...use the 46w 2700ks for cfls....but if you want to spend the cash get an hps set up
