I have a pump that pumps water adequately. I wanna start a 4 plant system as an experiement in one of those blue Rubbermaid buckets. Running the tube from the pump in the resevoir, out the top, over the pots and back into the res. I was just wondering how long would i run the system for (like minute or hour wise a day) or what kinda cycle do i do? I understand the lighting is the same. I will be using 18/6 then switch to 12/12 4 weeks later. Tell me what you think!
