A couple I’ve seen state clearly “ no PEG” but idk
PEG or PG? Either way I'm sure you are right too, as they are all over the map on what they use. The PEG 400 seems particularly good at holding it in solution almost similar to Lecithin and fat emulsification. I looked at the bottles in my cabinet (I'm horrible at throwing things away) and they have no listed ingredients.
Here's the video that got me started on carts after I tried so many recipes to work in my regular tanks and gave up. He shows the ratio of terps to distillate. I love the magnetic stirrer

I'm avoiding all liquifiers and terp additives. Mineral oil in terps I think Is just the beginning of people realizing all these additives have a potential of being more harmful then people think.

Same.First it was pg,peg,vg to use as a cut,now it's terps.With new products and new methods,it seems to be a money grab,it's hard to know who or what to trust.Makes me hesitant.

Can you show me more pictures? I was wondering if I could use a similar setup to filter out my fats and lipids from my vape juice.Would it be possible to use Everclear alcohol instead of a PG-based wax liquidizer?
Also, if one uses a CCELL-type cart no thinner is necessary. I've been smoking high-viscosity distillate with no cosolvent or thinner through CCELLs of late. I'm pretty pleased with how they work.
As for the filter setup, it is a variant on the basic principle of vacuum filtration. I use a scaled-up version of this when I'm dewaxing an alcohol solution of my first distillate. (Some wax distills, wouldn't'cha know.) I hook a large flask (fitted with a stopcock adapter) to a vacuum pump for a minute and use that as a "vacuum reservoir" to speed my filtration.

Well I found a new one that seems to work petty good, and it's a more potent mix. Directions for this is .1-.6ml to a gram. Between the holy terp and a lil terpenes it returned about 1.6ml. That's almost 4x less shit in there than when I used vapuer terp. If you're looking for a more potent cart check this stuff out.

Thanks, i'll check that out as i'm about to reorder stuff. Those look pretty identical to the carts I'm using now and which I really like. CCELL style but mine have gold hardware in them/mouthpiece. They are great for this thick distillate I'm working with now. 5 or whatever days later and these grapefruit terps taste great still.

I've posted the peg400 to formaldehyde thing for yrs on here. But no one wants to listen.
