Homemade Nutrients

So this is my first grow, everything is going great and even tho its only been a week and a half. But I was looking into organic nutrients, and found a video and someone made their own nutrients from home; things around the house using, molasses, milk, eggshells, cigarette ash, etc. Just wanted to get others opinion.

Also side note, heard about not using Nutrients at all. People had some crazy healthy and full Harvest.

All help is welcome. :)

this is just my opinion. it may be possible to collect garbage from around your house and use it as compost, but why bother?
you can spend 50 bucks and get a whole year worth of Jack's and calcium nitrate.
and i'm pretty sure the people who don't use any nutrients are building supersoils, where they add all the nutrients the plant will need before they ever plant it. they usually end up having to top dress in flower to make sure the plant has what it needs

Did you see their harvest? Cigarette ash wtf?
Bad idea but at least it was free advice.

If you want to start with organics, just get a bag of decent soil and start trying.

I build my soil but I top dress with FF trio maybe two or three times. And I add sweetner at week 6/7 . I also watch for deficiency through out the grow. This is what I do and it's a work in progress.

If your just growing for personal I would absolutely recommend a compost tumbler you can use coffee grounds, banana peels, eggshells, bat guano, worm castings, and numerous other beneficial household waste. There is a vast amount of info for organic gardening on the web, read up on it try floral feeding in veg it's great a $6 aquarium pump and some cheese cloth and your good to go. Good luck my friend
