so i made a cloner out of a fish tank and some plastic.. in the water i have to bubblers airating and circulating the water.. i added florablend and a few drops of superthrive.. just wondering if this should work ok. They've been in there for three days and look pretty healthy but i just want to be sure i'm not messin any thing up. I was wondering if i should make it dark where inside the tank so the roots dont get too much light. but i've seen cloners that are clear before so idk thanks in advance

Clear cloners are simply for demo purposes at shows and in shops.... Botanicare makes white ones, but I read complaints about algae all the time in those. I'd darken the glass by covering the outside with something opaque, even black construction paper would do.

Great way to recycle and find another use for something. Be careful with superthrive. Every time I added it, my reservoir would slime over in 2-3 days.

thanks serapis i knew there was something weird about letting light hit the spot where roots are supposed to form. and i only used a small amount 1/8 dose of superthrive but thanks for the warning.

i never use anything other than water for clones though, so no idea bout the additional stuffs you added.
i'd put more air into it personally and wrap the case with panda plastic (long term use) maybe figure out a humidity cover

it should work fine as is i think....looking good

ya i have a humidity dome that fits it and started off with it on top but they started looking alittle wilty so i removed it and they perked back up.. not really sure what thats about. also i took these clones from a pure power plant and wonder woman when they were a week and a half into flower and they had received nutes a few days before cutting them. not sure if that changes anything but ya.....

Your clones are getting a good amount of humidity. There right above a fish tank. The air stones are pushing the humidity up good enough for you prob.
