Honestly I don’t know, but I’m not asking permission. Also I won’t be selling any so.
Our local wine and beer making supplies store has everything for distilling so I’ll get the low down from that guy, he’s really cool and helped me when I started making wine .
One more thing is I really want the equipment so I can distill water in the event clean water becomes a problem.

Nut brown ale
These were my go to beers, made a batch every two weeks for years.
5 gallon corny kegs were 4 for 100$ still have 8 or so with 5 carboys.
Homemade 4 tap chest freezer with thermocouple for temp control, fit 4 kegs 5 lbs Co2 and plumbing.
Keep in mind 5 gallon batches are only 2.5 case of beer.......Goes quick with me!

Kegerator looks nice, Check out some brewing forums and ask or read up on real world experience with that model.
and you will need more stuff like the Co2 bottle and kegs etc...
