HOLY SHIT is right! Right flick at the right time. Thanks for the reco...
There were a lot of parts that made me think PRUMT! meets Col Sanders.
But Bulworth is better...too bad he isn't real (yet).

You gotta be a SPIRIT, you cannot be no GHOST!

It's simply uncanny how this 28 year old movie fits today's political situation for our country!
Yeah we really need a Bulworth to blow the lid off the REALITY of American politics!

It's time for "trickle down economics" to be buried. The rich get richer. The middle class is being eliminated and the poor can't do shit......

On the fun side:
Hell the music in it is great too....NWA, Cypress Hill and Halle was smok'in phat!

Are you living 10 years in the future? o_O
I think elements of Bulworth are to be found, just not in one person...yet.

I'm fairly certain 'trickle-down' died with the GFC in 2008. Otherwise, everything else you mentioned is unfortunately the case. :(

That was exactly what I was thinking as I listened. The beats were phat, to borrow the colloquial term of the time. I actually started having flashbacks to when I was digging in the crates at a local record shop in those days. HipHop had a different meaning then...or at least, the environment that HipHop explored was less obtuse, and auto-tuned crackheads weren't on the horizon, yet.

"nappy dugout"
"The party's getting rough, and I'm going home once I find my panties"...That line had me howling. Mama Doll was a dirty bird!
