What causes holes like this? i see it all over the top half of my plants, could it be light intensity? (600w MH bulb)

SOLVED!!!!!!!! The problem was lack of c02 in my room. I have a sealed room and no intake of fresh air. and my room is crowded. Lack of c02 was what caused this problem, if you did not find any bugs.
