must be bugs, from what you're saying. Plant problems are hard to diagnose without pictures. See if you can upload some.

That little white puff ball right next to the hole looks like a spider mite sack or mealy worm sack. Could be wrong as I don't see much in the way of deficiencies.

However if you're not overwatering being this is drain to waste if assume. Check the UNDERSIDES of the leaves as that's usually where the pests are that and in the medium. Check under your leaves first. All of them ! And get back to me

If the white blob is an egg sack u can mix 1tsp/gal water liquid dish soap. Baby insects are easier to eliminate. And it won't hurt the plants at all to spray regardless.

I got holes on 1 plant leaf on 1 plant out of 15. It hard to see but it on left side of plant in picture
No bugs that i can tell or see under/top of leaves. But then again this is my first time growing/don't really know what to look for and I don't got a magnifier glass...
any thoughts or ideas on cause ? and if bugs what to look for how to fix and prevent further outbreak
Thanks. bongsmilie

I did a complete soil change last night. Washed the buckets there in. Wiped down and sprayed the whole room there in and cleaned it good. I think it was water on the leaf. But it don't hurt to take extra care of the ladies lol

Most likely buggs like spider mites or something. Insects can be a huge problem but many growers tent to make a habit of spraying there plants foliage each night to keep the plant leaves clean and wet. Insects prefer temps that are higher and dry.

Also diluted dish soap in a sprayer bottle with water can work well. Just be sure that the soap being used is bio-degradable or in other words a soap that consists of no chemicals like bleach. something about the strong clean scent that turns insects the other way. Hope this helps
