Holes in leaves can't find bugs

It looks like that the new leaves can't unfold. The folds are like glued together, this is where the hole appears.
Doesn't seem to have an effect other than the foliage is damaged.
Let's see how it goes!

Not OP but I bought two oscillating fans a week before the last finish. Didn't think of these as a factor. They are a little stronger than my last ones. In a 4x8 I had 15w fans in each corner towards the plants. Never had any problems like this. But the fans were weak. Now I have raised the stronger, oscillating fans and see what happens.
Some marks look really weird like dipped in acid.
