Once I take it out of the shot glass and she goes into my waterfarm the countdown begins. So yes she 9 days from seed
1 week of 24/0 then I switch to 18/6 that's when I start counting veg time

Not all will survive, also you can never ever compare artificial light with the sun. Because the sun is very special and there is only one of it.
