Yes, at least according to the driver manual. Keep in mind that the solar panels will change voltage and current according to sunshine, you may end up outside of spec when a cloud hits.On the manual, says:
INPUT: 90 ~ 305 VDC. 127 ~ 431 VAC
Do you think i can power the driver HLG 600H B direct to a string of solar panels that outputs 90 ~ 305 VDC ?

Youd need to find a way to stabilize voltage and current to get this working decent: some batteries and voltage/current regulation would probably be needed. But if you can figure out that you might even be able to use the dc from the panels (passed by whatever regulating gear you choose) to power the boards directly.
Ive seen people do this on a very small scale but not entirely convinced of its feasibility on higher watts.
Edit: previous poster pointed out the misstake in your numbers between ac and dc.
