Which 550? The Rspec or the ECO one?
The 550 V2 Rspec. Its retail price is $850 and it cost the wholesaler $690 but I'm getting a hook up.
Then I'd get that in a heartbeat. Ya, it's more suitable for a 4x4, but you don't have to fill up the tent. For $550 I'd buy one too, even though I don't need more lights.
I was definitely leaning towards the hlg my only concern was the size but I feel more confident about it now with a second opinion. Thank you.
It's just too good of a deal to pass up if you ask me. I'd seriously put one on a credit card right now for that price and like I said I don't need lights, or need to spend anymore $ on them, lol.
I was originally trying to get a deal on that one but they weren't having it. I would pay retail price for it if I didn't have the 550 deal on the table. It's an outstanding light but definitely doesn't have anywhere near double the performance of the 550 to merit the price difference i would be paying for it.
I'd take the awesome deal HLG is gonna give you now. You're probably getting lucky too since they're phasing the 550 out, and just keeping the 600. Your a lucky man if you ask me.
It is indeed a great deal. I'm a little concerned now because I just checked the HLG website to answer your question about the model and it currently says out of stock. I'm not getting it directly from HLG so hopefully I can still get it this Friday.
Haha man you got me hyped up I'm ready to call this man's house at 1am to buy a light. Lol. And of course they're closed tomorrow for Thanksgiving so I have to wait until Friday.
Hahaha I'm legit laughing out loud. "Hey man I know you and your wife and kids are sleeping but I really need that light". I feel silly now because I had all week to buy this darn light.
