Lol, I left the gulf coast behind me now. No not really thinking about landscape drawings or art quite yet. The wetlands are beautiful . These today reminded me of the wetlands I recently trekked through in South West Florida and the Everglades. I was trippin out today thinking I might see a gator. I sure do miss gators! I did see some gorgeous birds. I saw this one crane shaped bird with a massive wing span and the wings were a fabulous color pattern , wings color was half light gray with half dark grey split right down evenlythat was a very special unique bird.

Very chill here . I got my California DeLorme Detailed Topographic maps book today. These books are great, you can get them for any state. They are really big ( about 24” x 12” ) and my Cali one has 160 pages! The detail displayed is great for finding hidden places like roads and trails and parks. I had this book years ago when I lived in Humboldt County. It helped me navigate the area very well.

Ya gotta love them topo maps. We use them to navigate the expansive Finger Lakes Trail. We also have a nice compass which I enjoy using....it's come in handy. It's a great tool and fun to navigate with. Have a blast and watch your 6.

Fingers lakes are crazy! I was looking at that area at one point. I was offered a job in Ithica NY. If they paid more I would have take it because the area looks very beautiful . I love waterfalls. I have Yosemite falls clearly in my radar.
FYI:

F'ing beautiful...I spend all the time I can outside immersing in " Mother " ! Something about that water....the ocean , a lake , river or stream. I think the lure is primal.......:food..water to drink and more than likely the place we ultimately came from..........a pilgrimage home. Perhaps I should bang that bong once more.
Yeah man it was like so trippy. I was quite fortunate to have made my way here because it was quite by chance:
I am so into mother earth . I totally feel it.

What exactly is it that we feel ? The effect is so profound , enlightening , elevating , transcendental....spiritual . I'm somewhat of a neo-Taoist ( Daoist ) , a hybrid. Mother anchors me...
