The question is how to access higher levels of consciousness....meditation....shrooms....fasting...yoga...all of the above?

Haha it seems like all the answers have been here for what seems like millennia. The time of uncovering them is essential but it seems to almost unfold perfectly. I can only hope as many as possible pick up on this because it will speed up the process of eliminating what does not work for humanity.
