High temps with 250w hps in a ds60 tent with 4" ruck extract

Hey guys, I have a ds60 tent with a 250w hps and i'm getting 30c. I'm using a 4" ruck 100 L that's 265 m3/h. I don't think the fans failing because i've only had it a month and it feels a lot more powerful than the rvk which is 175 m3/h. The intake air temperature is 20c.

Are you air cooling the light?

Are you exhausting out of the tent into the same room or is the air leaving the room via ducting?

if you want a low cost solution run a 5 gal bucket swamp cooler it will drop your temp about 10 to 15 degree (see how to make one at eplaya.burningman.com)
