High Runoff EC in coco/perlite

I'm currently on day 45 Flower and I'm experiencing high ec runoff. My inflow ec is 1.85ec and my runoff last time I checked earlier today was 2.8ec. I feed 5 times a day so I don't understand what I could t be doing wrong to make the runoff ec go that high. Also I'm in 3 gallon pots, any help would be greatly appreciated

Needs more runoff
Yeah maybe? He hasn't stated how much runoff he has? lowering EC wil accomplish the same thing to. 1.85 EC in very high in coir IMO.

Water with the same volume every day. I usually use a pump with a ring watering around the pot and wait til you see runoff coming through the bottom, then I stop the pump and check how long that cycle is. 20% runoff of volume you put in.

I start with feeding once a day and increase as the plant grows. When you don't get enough runoff you have to increase the feeding frequency and/or volume. Then I increase to 3 times a day and continue like this til I reach 5 times daily feed.

I don't know exactly how much runoff I have each time but it's definitely a decent amount, what would you recommend me feed at for my inflow ec?

What strain are you running? 100% sativa? Indica? Polyhybrid? Sativa's need overall less nutrients than vigorous hybrids.

I currently feed my Kali Mist(90% sativa) 0.9 EC x 5 daily. I think I just entered third week of flower. I feed 0.9 and get 1.2-1.3 out. If I feed more than that I start to get buildup in the medium and higher EC in the runoff.

Monitor runoff and feed with the same strength til you reach a runoff that's 0.3-0.4 points above your input EC. Don't be afraid to flush with your adjusted nutrient solution to lower your runoff.

Do you have any pictures of your plants? And dang I must have been overfeeding the entire time if that's the case I'll try lowering my inflow ec and see how it goes

When are you checking? There's always a ready high spike from the initial runoff, and then it drops as the medium flushed out. I don't check too often, but when I do I let it run for a bit before taking a sample to test.

I check usually a few minutes after runoff and make sure it stops coming out of the bottom of the pots before I check it

Just now, 3 gallon pot. 3 hours before lights out. Everything's in my journal.
