High Mountain Growing Tips/Advice/Etc

Anyone have any tips for growing in high alpine terrain? I have some passion#1 (pure indica) going right now at home, but the outdoor lows are in the upper 30's to lower-mid 40's still. Im thinking if I let them grow about 12"-15" and harden them off, they will be alright. Also, i hear of mexicans growing at 7500ft or higher in elevations in the same area as me, so i know it is possible to grow out here. ANy tips/advice/etc would help. Dankyou

I am growing at 6,000 ft right now and it is going great. Depends alot on the strain and environment, etc. What part of the country are you in?

What is your weather like as far as temps? Im in the west
