High Life Seeds - Heath's Strains

Sorry for not replying to this thread before now but I have only just been made aware of it, yes High Life are indeed stocking my seeds, the new owners are life long friends.

Hedges, I can understand your concern and its good you posted up as there are plenty of scammers on the various forums.

Marley13, Im pleased you got some of the seeds you were after, good luck with your grow and give rollitup a chance there are some great grows and growers on here.

and to keep you here later this week I will be posting up a little scrog I have done.

Thank you guys, we all need to stick together, in a way we are all family, maybe we don't know eachother personally but in a way we do see eachothers posts all the time on all the sites.....so of course we recognize a name when we see it, hell, I've read every journal of heaths and I recognize marly's name just as quickly because I've probably spent hours on my phone reading his posts and journals. Wich by the way...you guys have taught me alot and I owe alot to ya so I guess ill just end this by saying thanks

Thanx alot Heath. Now I know where to get me some BLACK ROSE SEEDS. I've been trying to score me some for about 6 months now. I really want to work with the BR because I heard it wasnt that potent. Its just really pretty. Purple strains tend to be a little weaker in potency anyways, but I want to see if I can make it a little more potent while retaining its original color. I long road to travel on I know, But I think the plant looks prettier than the Purps. I would love to cross it with a pure landrace Ghani and then backcross it out to see if it makes it alittle more potent. What do you think? My order will be in soon.

Looks like a decent yielder. How'd it taste?

I found it to be a pretty poor yielder with a crap taste and a crap high. As said, seems it's more for breeding with (colours) than to enjoy smoking.

Thats what I would use it for. Just for color purposes. I heard exactly what you said. Still, Im a breeder and I would like to work with it to make some pretty hybrids. Im really interested in crossing ((Purps x GDP) x (Purple Erkle x Grape Ape)) x Black Rose. That's what I would do with it.

well this one im growing doesn't look like its going to be a poor yield.

I'll share some harvest shots with you, its had a 4/5 week veg under a 600w parabolic HPS shared with 3 other plants but its had a few week on its own.

In all fairness i am generally7 accustoemd to growing in DWC and the black rose was grown in coco in an autopot system i'd never laid eyes on before, so i'll reserve judgement on the yield.
