High Humidity In Drying Area- HELP PLEASE??- Thanks

So I chopped yesterday, it's been really hot down here in the South Pacific and sure enough Murphy's Law
right when I'm wanting to dry my buds, it rains, so I am getting wet air coming into my drying area which is my grow area. Humidity 86%

I'm concerned if I use my dehumidifier it will degrade the quality and taste of the bud

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can avoid mold etc and not degrade the final product in any way? I have them hanging from the ceiling and an oscillating fan under them but not pointing at them, Temp 19c

One idea I did have was to put them in these big paper rubbish/trash sacks lying them flat with bud spread apart and keep an eye on them, turning them etc.

Thanks for any advice

If it were me, I'd use the dehumidifier on low or something. It will surely taste better than moldy buds...

I'd run the dehumidifier too. It seems like the safest bet.

Note that I'm not much of a grower/connoisseur though. More into the techy stuff :)

Find something sealed to put it in. keep it in a dry place. I don't think you would stand a chance drying in a environment humid like that.
If you seal it wet, it will def mold. Either turn on dehumidifier or put in some paper bags or cardboard box.
