I came up with this idea, basically a fake shrub that is hollow on the inside with no top. It has a hidden door on one side, no roof, and the prototype im going to build will be a plywood frame, with fake shrub covering the outside of it so it will either blend in with your existing shrubs, or use multiple ones to create a wall of fake shrubs in your yard to grow in.
The two ideas i have so far are small single plant shrubs, which are 4'x 4' squares, and 6' tall. and the 8 plant site, which is 12'x 4' and also 6' tall.
The floor/base is a weather/water proof plywood, with a plastic layer over it, and it will have a 2" incline on one side with a drainage hole on the opposite to allow excess water from watering to drain out.
As optional features go, im thinking a clear plexi glass top to keep out water, small fans to keep air circulation and keep humidity levels down if the top is on.
let me know what you think
